Terms

All lets are from 4 p.m. on the arrival Saurday to 10 a.m. on departure Saturday. All prices include electricity, water and gas.
Duvets, pillows, linen and towels are rovided. Cots can be provided on request. Please leave the house clean and tidy on departure.                                  

Conditions

The owners, their employees, agents or contractors shall not be liable for any death or injury, loss or damage to person or property sustained by any person arising from or in connection with any letting, wether or not directly or indirectly caused by the act, default, negligence or omission or otherwise of the owners, their employees, agents or invitees. The tennants shall idemnify the owners against all actions, liability, claims, costs and expenses arising from or in connection with their letting.

Payment

A £100 deposit is payable on booking and the balance, is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holidays.

Cancellation of a booking renders you liable, at the owners discretion, to loss of the rent if no later booking for the same period is made. You are advised to arrange your own insurance to cover against unavoidable cancellation, losses, medical expenses or injury to person or property during the holiday.
